TRANSITION & HOA TURNOVER COORDINATION

For many Homebuilders & Developers, the “bricks & sticks” have been easier to create than a healthy community. However, today’s lean times have driven home the importance of achieving a “stronger finish in the last mile”; they can design & construct the “best” new Project but still end up in litigation if they fail to successfully & efficiently transition control.

Certain actions (or, in most cases, inactions) taken by Homebuilders during the pre-Transition period can serve as a catalyst for lawsuits. As long as the causes of action against the Homebuilder/Developer are not barred by a statute of limitation, the Developer is subject to a post-transition lawsuit just as readily as it would be during the pre-Transition period.

BETTERBUILDINGSOLUTIONS Transition & HOA Turnover Coordination provides added protection by ensuring full compliance regarding deadlines, delivery of records & materials, common area inspections & related punch list repairs, documentation, supervision through completion, Project commissioning including systems training, as well as management of the Project’s daily operations – critical in today’s current market.
