BETTERBBUILDINGSOLUTIONS values the relationships with everyone we work with on behalf of our Clients & their Projects. Understanding that much of the quality of service ‘our’ homeowners receive is due to your efforts, we also recognize that your time is as valuable as your services.


As 3rd Party Warranty Manager for the Projects on which we work together,, we feel that you are essential to our current & future business. Therefore, this webpage is intended to demonstrate our appreciation by providing as much information as possible for continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, process & scheduling.


        • If a Homeowner requests service or repairs for work not included on a specific BBS-assigned Work Order, field techs & personnel must refer the Homeowner to BBS (tel: 866.799.8896 or fax: 310.317.7149 or info@betterbuildingsolutions.net). This policy is for your company’s protection just as much as the Homeowner, Developer & BBS since reimbursement will not be made for any unauthorized repairs.


        • On completion of each Work Order, field personnel are asked to sign & date the Work Order & submit a copy to our office (no cover page is required) via fax or email, as shown below:

        • Invoices must be billed in the name of & mailed to the appropriate entity, as noted on each BBS–assigned Work Orders & must be accompanied by a completed, signed & dated CONDITIONAL LIEN RELEASE form. Failure to comply may result in reimbursement being delayed.
