On behalf of The DALTON, we’d like to extend our warmest welcome! This webpage has been created to help you better understand your new home & The DALTON community by providing you with useful information.

·             ACCESS. The DALTON’s keyless electronic system controls access to the subterranean parking garage gate and the building (via the main lobby entrance) using your access fob with the Residential Directory/Intercom enabling you to provide remote access to your guests and delivery personnel. Print, complete & submit the DIRECTORY PROGRAMMING form, following the form’s instructions, as soon as possible after COE. Contact HOA MANAGEMENT to obtain additional &/or replacement access fobs.

·             APPLIANCES: Everything you need to know about the appliances installed in your new home, including User Manuals, warranty information, customer service, registration. (The manufacturers of the appliances installed in your unit require that you deal directly with the appropriate appliance manufacturer, if any repairs are needed for these products.)

·             DirecTV SERVICE. Economical, single dish TV service with access to over 265 channels is available by calling the phone number included at DirecTV FLYER

·             HOA MANAGEMENT: Know WHOM to call for WHAT.  

·             MOVE-IN PROCEDURES. Procedures for your move-in including scheduling information, insurance requirements for moving companies, even a map showing where moving trucks can be parked are available at MOVE-IN INFO.

IMPORTANT NOTE: bbS isn’t involved in the move-in process—ALL QUESTION & CONCERNS REGARDING YOUR MOVE-IN SHOULD BE SENT BY EMAIL OR FAX AS INDICATED BELOW:

·             Your assigned parking space(s) can be easily located & identified by accessing PARKING FLOOR PLANS.

·             UNIT SPECS & FINISHES: Paint touch-ups, fixtures & product replacement /coordination are just a click away, specs for both design schemes are included.

·             UTILITIES. Contact Pasadena Water & Power (626.744.4673) asap after COE to transfer the electric service into your name. Gas, water & trash included in your monthly assessment; therefore, no action is required on your part .

·             WARRANTY SERVICE. During the warranty period, non-emergency questions, concerns & warranty issues will be addressed by bbS, in accordance with the terms & conditions of your Purchase Agreement & closing documents.  Click on WARRANTY SERVICE for info regarding warranty service hours, reporting procedures, contact info, warranty service request form, etc.
